Manage your subscription
Upgrade or downgrade a subscription
How an upgrade or downgrade takes effect depends on the platform that currently bills your subscription. Start the change on that same platform and review the price, effective date, and any refund or credit shown before confirming.
This article covers individual subscriptions purchased on the web, iPhone or iPad, or Android. Team plan administrators should use their workspace billing controls. Enterprise customers should contact their account team.
