Grok Bot for Mobile

Use Grok Bot on iPhone or Android to start work, answer questions, approve steps, and review results away from your desk.

The mobile app connects to the same Bots, conversations, routines, connectors, and shared cloud computer as the desktop app. Work continues in the cloud when the app is closed.

• iPhone with iOS 18 or later, or a phone with Android 9 or later
• An eligible plan: every paid individual Cursor plan or the Cursor Teams plan, or an individual SuperGrok, SuperGrok Plus, or SuperGrok Heavy subscription linked to your Cursor account (see Plans and billing)
• Internet connection

The iOS app also runs on iPad (iPadOS 18 or later).

Download Grok Bot from the App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android.

1. Open Grok Bot.
2. Choose Log In or Sign Up.
3. Complete Cursor authentication in the browser.
4. Return to the app. If your access comes from a SuperGrok subscription, choose Link Grok Account when the access screen asks, finish linking in the browser, then choose Finished Linking? Refresh My Status.

New users can complete the first-run tour, choose a first Bot, and wait while the shared computer is set up. Existing users go directly to their synced Bot list.

Enable notifications if you want to know when a Bot has a result, question, or approval request. Push delivery is still rolling out; in-app attention states remain available when push is not enabled for the account.

From a conversation, you can:

• Send text
• Dictate a message
• Take or attach a photo
• Choose an image or file
• Mention another Bot or @everyone in a group
• Reply in a thread
• React to a message

Drafts are saved per conversation when you navigate away.

Use the + control on the home screen to choose New Bot or New Group Chat. You can also edit a Bot profile, manage group members, pin or hide a conversation, and delete a Bot.

Open the computer from a conversation when you need to:

• Watch browser or desktop work
• Take over for a password, two-factor code, or CAPTCHA
• Inspect the current screen
• Return control to the Bot

The screen is the same shared computer used by every Bot on your account.

Open a Bot's profile to review its routines. You can inspect the schedule, next run, instruction, and Run history, use Active to pause or resume a routine, and delete a routine from the profile.

Editing the schedule or instruction and testing a routine currently require the desktop app.

Use search from the home screen to find results across Messages, Bots, Group Chats, Files, and Routines, or All at once. Conversation actions provide quick access to common controls such as pin and hide.

From Settings, you can:

• Manage your account
• Install or review plugins
• Edit Bot settings
• Configure Auto Review when available
• Choose an appearance
• Review usage or manage an eligible App Store or Google Play subscription
• Sign out or delete your account

Some advanced desktop controls and teach-by-demonstration workflows are not available on mobile. Use the desktop app when a flow requires them.
