#### Grok Bot

# Grok Bot sign-in

Grok Bot uses the shared xAI sign-in path. There is no separate Grok Bot login.

The sign-in page may show Grok or xAI branding. Signing in only authenticates you. It does not link or combine your X, Grok, or Cursor accounts or switch your plan.

## Sign in on desktop

1. Open the Grok Bot desktop app.
2. Choose the sign-in button shown in the app.
3. In your browser, use one of the sign-in options shown for your account.
4. Complete the prompts, then return to Grok Bot.

## Sign in on mobile

1. Open the Grok Bot mobile app.
2. Choose the sign-in option shown in the app.
3. Complete the prompts using the account you intend to use.

## If sign-in does not work

* Make sure you are using the current version of Grok Bot.
* Start the sign-in flow again from the app and complete every browser prompt.
* If you have more than one account, confirm that you selected the intended one.
* If an error remains, contact Support.

When contacting Support, include:

* The email address for the account you intended to use
* The exact error message
* Your platform and Grok Bot version
* A screenshot of the error
* The steps you completed before the error appeared
* Where in the sign-in flow the error appeared

## Phone verification errors

Follow the verification prompts shown in the product. If you cannot complete verification, contact Support and include the error message and a screenshot.
