#### Manage your subscription

# Cursor subscriptions bought through the App Store (iPhone and iPad)

This article is for Cursor subscriptions billed by Apple through the App Store on iPhone or iPad. You can switch to The X Subscription on the web, but we can't cancel or refund your Apple subscription. After you switch, cancel it in your iPhone or iPad Settings, or Apple keeps billing you. Request any refund from Apple. Until you cancel, your App Store plan, price, features, and Apple billing continue.

## What you can do

* **Stay on your current plan.** Your plan, price, features, and Apple billing continue until you cancel through Apple. It does not switch automatically.
* **Manage or cancel through Apple.** On your iPhone or iPad, open **Settings**, tap your name, tap **Subscriptions**, select **Cursor**, then choose the available management or cancellation option. Apple handles this subscription’s billing.
* **Keep using Cursor.** Sign-in changes do not cancel or change your Apple-billed subscription.

## Why this matters

Apple handles App Store billing, so we can't move, cancel, or refund that subscription for you. If you switch to The X Subscription, Apple keeps charging you for Cursor until you cancel it in Settings, so you could be billed twice.

If you pay for Cursor on the web, your old plan is cancelled automatically when you switch, and you get a prorated refund for unused time. See [How to unify accounts under The X Subscription](/x-subscription/unify-accounts).
